will organize the XXVI International Conference on Material Handling, Constructions and Logistics - MHCL 2026, which will take place in Belgrade from 23rd to 25th September 2026.

The first Conference was established 50 years ago, in 1976. by Professor Đorđe Zrnić. Since then, it has brought together scientists and researchers from all republics of the former SFR Yugoslavia (now independent states: Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia, and North Macedonia), as well as from Austria, Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Kenya, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, South Korea, Switzerland, The Netherlands, the UK, and the USA.

The Conference covers research and developments in the fields of Material Handling, Conveying Technologies, Constructions and Construction/Mining Machinery, and Technical and Transport Logistics.

The last MHCL 2024 conference was held in Vienna at the Institute of Engineering Design and Product Development, Faculty of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, TU Wien, Austria, from 18th-19th September 2024. The published conference Proceedings contain 23 submitted and peer-reviewed papers by authors from 10 countries, including 4 invited papers.

The main goal of the Conference is to foster scientific and research exchange among related academic departments and institutes from different countries, as well as individual researchers in the field, with the aim of encouraging professional cooperation and joint applications for international programmes or bilateral research and scientific projects supported by the EU and other institutions.

The Conference Proceedings (ISBN-registered), in both printed book and USB formats, will be available at the beginning of the Conference and distributed to all registered participants.

Selected papers
presented at the Conference, after peer review and the required revisions, will be invited for publication in the following international journals indexed in Scopus:
