π’ CALL FOR PAPERS: SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
To participate in MHCL 2026, please follow these steps to submit your contribution:
STEP 1: REGISTRATION
Before submitting, all authors must create an account in our system.
- Action: Register as MHCL User,
- Already have an account? Log in here.
STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR CONTRIBUTION
Navigate to the "Submission" tab in your dashboard and enter the following:
- Basic Info: Title, Affiliation, Address, Co-authors, Phone and E-mail.
- Select a Section: Choose the most relevant MHCL Topic for your paper.
- Short Abstract: Enter a plain-text summary (max. 600 characters) for the online program
Note: This is separate from the Extended Abstract required for review. Not to be mistaken with the Extended Review Abstract, which has to be uploaded!
STEP 3: UPLOAD EXTENDED ABSTRACT
Submit your Extended Abstract for the peer-review process:
- Length: 2 to 5 pages (A4 format).
- Content: Clearly state the scope of work, research methodology, and expected impact.
- Visuals: Inclusion of figures and references is highly encouraged.
- Template: Use the official Extended Abstract Example.
STEP 4: FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION
Upon acceptance, you will be asked to upload the Final Paper for the Conference Proceedings:
- Format: Use the official MS Word Template.
- File Type: .doc or .docx.
STEP 5: CONFERENCE REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
To be included in the final program and proceedings, at least one author must register for the conference.
- Payment details will be sent to authors following abstract acceptance.
π οΈ TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & GUIDELINES
To ensure your contribution is accepted for the review process and included in the Proceedings, please adhere to the following standards:
π LANGUAGE STANDARDS

All abstracts and full papers must be written in English (either British or American spelling, used consistently). If English is not your native language, authors are strongly advised to consult a colleague with excellent command of English. Papers with insufficient language quality may be excluded from the Proceedings.
π EXTENDED ABSTRACT FORMAT (FOR REVIEW)
- Size: DIN A4 (210 x 297 mm).
- Margins: 25 mm (sides), 30 mm (top/bottom).
- Layout: Single-column text.
- Length: 2 to 5 pages.
- Essentials: Include title, affiliation, address, and email. Underline the name of the speaker.
- Content Structure:
- State-of-the-art and problem description.
- Novelty of your approach/method.
- Impact and relevance to the conference topics.
- Relevant references and key figures.
π FINAL MANUSCRIPT (CAMERA-READY)
- Layout: Double-column format.
- Page Count: Must be an even number of pages.
- Length Limits:
- Regular Papers: 4 pages (maximum 6 in exceptional cases).
- Invited Keynote Papers: 10 pages (maximum 12).
π³ MULTIPLE CONTRIBUTIONS

Authors are welcome to submit more than one contribution.

Special financial regulations apply for multiple accepted papers. Detailed fee structures will be provided in the registration section.
- Please note that online submission is mandatory for all contributions. Submissions by other means will not be accepted.
