- May 15th 2026, Online Registration and Submission of Extended Review Abstracts
- A committee of reviewers, selected by the Scientific Conference Committee, will evaluate the Extended Review Abstracts and rate them based on quality, relevance, and correctness. These reviews will be used by the Scientific Committee to determine which papers will be accepted for presentation at the conference.
The outcome of the Scientific Committee's decision will be communicated to the submitting authors via email, including any reviewer comments, if applicable.

- June 5th 2026, Notification of acceptance/reject
- an email message will be sent to the authors
- July 3rd 2026, Submission of full papers
- July 10th 2026, Notification of full camera ready paper acceptance
- an email message will be sent to authors
- August 28th 2026, Registration payment/refund deadline
- To submit a paper, at least one author must be registered to attend the Conference.
- Full texts will be included in the Conference Proceedings only if the applicable conference fee for at least one author has been properly paid and received by the organizers no later than August 28th, 2026.
