Semi-automatic mechanical transport-handling system for production and assembly lines



This paper present new developed semi-automatic system with the possibility of exchange different type of logistic equipment on the production or assembling lines in order to reduce time of exchange without influence of safety conditions.
Semi-automatic mechanical transport-handling system is used to transfer material within the production and assembly lines. The system consists of a trolley that carrying logistics equipment with material (1) which is pulled by motorized towing tractor and reloading table (2) where is done process of unloaded, download of material in process of production or assembling and further transfer of empty logistic equipment in a position to return to the trolley. The essence of the system consists in the interaction of these two devices, i.e. their elements like lever mechanisms and braking systems.
