Abstract: Total number of cruise ships calls in Korean ports were increased since 141 calls in 2010 to 593 calls during 2015. The unexpected calls indicate possibility of the Port Authority in Korean ports to consider complex tasks with regards to provide proper facility to cruise ships in right time and right location.  The unbalance of demand and supply in Korean cruise industry can affect the service level and also cruise shipping company would decide to change itineraries of ships. This paper deals with the procedure and model to estimate the dedicated facility of cruise ships in Korean ports for the purpose to  providing adequate facility till 2020 as a target year regarding the size of port, cruise berths performance and location of new cruise terminal. For the solving this problem in Korean ports, we will try to estimate cruise berths performance in Korean ports.
