All papers reviewed by a Scientific Committee and accepted for presentation will appear in the Conference Proceedings which carries an ISBN number and will be distributed to participants at the Conference. Publication of an accepted paper in the Proceedings is on the basis that at least one of the authors must register. Each registration entitles one copy of Proceedings. It is an understanding that authors of accepted papers have to attend the Conference to present their papers, or in his/her absence, a co-author may represent him/her. The material submitted for presentation at the Conference must be original, not published or being considered elsewhere.
Selected papers duly presented during Conference (about 15 papers, requirement for extended version of the paper), will be further screened and after peer review, will be published in issues of the following international journals:
- FME Transactions (indexed by SCOPUS and Clarivate Analyitics)
- Journal of Applied Engineering Science (indexed by SCOPUS)
LANGUAGE
- All papers must be written and presented in English. The official language of the conference is English. Please note that simultaneous translation will not be provided.
PRESENTATION DURATION
- Plenary Sessions: Invited papers will have a total duration of approximately 35 minutes, consisting of 30 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
- Workshop Sessions: Each paper will have a total duration of approximately 20 minutes, consisting of 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.
